Let me set the scene, its Arizona, its almost summer. It is HOT
Yet what do we have here?
A dog who will not come inside. A dog who doesnt seem to notice that it is over 100 degrees.
Yes folks, he is a Doofus.
He spent a good deal of time just wandering in the yard.
And then surprise, the doofus is parched. The doofus seems like he might barely make it back to the house.
But don't worry, he is fine. Well, as fine as you can be if you are a Doofus.

Hmmm--if his brain is dehydrated that explains why it is so small. If you rehydrated it would it help overcome his doofusism. Or would he just be a smarter, more diabolical doofus. That doesn't sound good.

I went out with my mom today and I was totally hot and it was just 80 something degrees and my mom won't crank the AC like I want her to in the car because she said that gas is expensive and that decreases her mileage. And I said you know what's expensive, mom - a new Boston terrier - and she thought I was being stupid. Whatever.

I'm in agreement with several other doggies here, his brain has surely shriveled up from all that heat exposure! Perfectly acceptable conclusion I think.
That's why Huskies and Malamutes are all so smart, our brains are set for cold weather, so avoid heat at all costs!!
