Surgery EVE...

So tomorrow is Tanner's big day! He goes in at about 7:30am and Mom picks him up between 3-4pm, which means I am home alone allllll day! SCORE! Mom is going to be nervous when he is there but she is feeling pretty good, she hasn't barfed or anything. She realizes that its pretty minor and probably won't end up being anything at all so she is not worrying TOO much. But she decided it would be nice to share lots of pics of the doofus so everyone will have him in their thoughts. Mom dishes out the food and treats, so whatever she says!

Tanner
This is how I like Tanner, ASLEEP! He is actually kind of cute when he is sleeping.
Wait, wow, maybe I am secretly worried about him too!

I am Tanner, hear me roar!
Because, if he is not sleeping he is usually bugging the HECK out of me!!

GAK get this thing off me
As you can see, he failed Detective school.

is this how this thing works??
And hat wearing school.

sun makes me sleeeepy
Ike, check out that tongue!!!

wooooo I love this new bandana!
I mean, he will already be sedated, don't you think they can find out what causes the Doofus-ism and remove it?

Well everyone, keep Tanner in your thoughts. He said he read on Murphey's blog how to hide, so he is just going to practice hiding because he is scared of the Vets :( Mom said she will update as soon as she knows he is ok! Then she will just have to worry until the doctors say its not anything bad!

Oh Tanner, you'll be just fine. We'll all be thinking about you tomorrow morning...but you'll be too asleep to appreciate it.

We're sure Joey will be extra super nice to you (hint, hint...Joe) when you're on the recovery road. But that shouldn't take long.

Three sets of paws crossed for a speedy procedure & a swift recovery.

Go Steelers! (We thought that might help!)

Tell your people not to worry too much. I'm sure Tanner will be fine. Hopefully he won't have to wear a scary neck cone after his surgery, but if he does, don't pick on him too much!

Good luck Tanner! You too, Joey. Don't get too worried. And you may want to suggest open brain surgery to remove that spot on his head. I suggest it has something to do with Doofusism. Though my sis has it sometimes and she's not spotty.
