Wednesday Woes

Mom is so totally behind on reading dog blogs, and I am missing my friends. I am sorry guys.

Would you like to know why she is behind...

My stinkin parents are going to Spring Training games again WITHOUT ME. Look at all those empty seats by them, I totally could have gone!!

The day looked perfect?! Mom got to see her Dbacks and Dad got to see the A's. He really likes them but does not LOVE them like he LOVES my Yankees.

Anyway while I am being neglected at home, I am working on my part in Beagadoon and the only one here to help me is the Doofus. He gave me more movie suggestions...

I checked them out while he chewed on his corn...

Oh dear lord, SERIOUSLY?! What am I to learn from Patrick Swayze?? or Keanu Reeves??? argh.

Get me out of this place!!!

OMD - did I hear correctly that your parents are going to see the CUBBIES play?! Seriously - hide in your mom's bag. Even if somebody saw you, there is so much room to run since the seats are empty that they would NEVER catch you!

And you could get away from Dirty Dancing and Karate Kid. *shudder*

Why don't you just watch the old movie Brigadoon, with Gene Kelly, Van Johnson and Cyd Charisse. You could get the Scottish dialect down, bone up on your dancing, and enjoy yourself at the same time.
Doofus could chew on his corn.

I think he does not know the importance of your roll in Beagadoon!
I hope your mom and dad have fun at the games!

MAN, Joe. I heard that your parents were trolling the spring training games, and I just KNEW you wouldn't be with them. What's UP with that anyway?

Can't wait to see you do your thing in Beagledoon! I'm sure you'll steal the show.

Tell Tanner to watch OUT, man. Lacie's gunnin' for him!

Goober love,

Abandonded again! Plus the baseball season lasts about 200 years so you are stuck with Tanner for a while.

Momma says I am a Can o' Reeds type guy given all my excellent adventures (oh, yeah, and I am "dumb as a box of rocks" too)

Did you see Petey's blog? Tanner totally made the wrong movie.

From Patrick Swayze, you can pick up some nifty moves to charm the girls and from Keanu Reeves you can ummm.. learn to 'SPEED' things up a bit.. Heehee..

Hope your mom and dad have on sunscreen...it is warming up fast down there.

Muzzer says Patrick Swayze has some cool moves in that dance film. Dad asked her how she could remember.

Dad is now in the doghouse, and we don't have one!

Leave it to sensible Stella to have a great suggestion. But the mom here thinks Dirty Dancing was a pretty good one too.

Do your parents have anything good to say about our pathetic KC Royals?

We just cant believe that your parents are not taking you to the game.
What kind of parents are they?
We would suggest that you wake them up very early to get let out to show you are taking action!
We will help you practice for Beagadoon. Dont worry about that!We think you are a natural anyway. Just wait until you are famous - then they will be sorry. No room for parents in the limo!

Hey Joe, I think you should give "Singing In The Rain" a look, with Gene Kelly.

There is a song sung by Donald O'Connor in there which kinda fits you and Tanner, "Make 'em laugh". You always make us laugh anyhow!

ps My Jeannie is not so old she can remember it when it first came out though, she hastens to add!

Well, I'm sorry that your dad and mom left you behind, Joey, especially when there was PLENTY of room for you at the game....but I'm pretty excited that she's going to take pictures of the Cubbies, so please tell her that I can't wait to see them!!!!!

Joey:

You should call the spring training place and ask if you can bring your Mom & Dad - don't look like a lot of folks are there...

Tanner - you should really rethink your movie choices - are you trying to make Joey look less than brilliant??? Maybe you should watch My Dog Skip a couple more times till you get the hang ...
