Pink guy blues
My Mom is working from home again and I am happy but she is NOT happy about the reason she is working at home! The other morning she woke up and looked like THIS:
Her eye was all glued shut and her pillow had a wet spot on it where her eye was.
um, NOPE NOT LICKING MY PAWS IN HERE MOM I PROMISE!!! (I tend to lick GIANT wet spots on the bed when I lick my paws so Mom is always bugging me about it) I am just working on some blog junk, clearly not licking!
Anyway, so Mom's eye was all stuck shut so she went to the doctor and the doctor told her she had a pink guy?! I asked her what in the heck she was talking about and she said, it is also called ConjunctionJunctionItis! What in the world is THAT?!
(Note from Mom: It is conjunctivitis which is also known as pink eye.)
So Mom is at home and apparently she can give this pink guy to us too so she has to wash her hands a gazillion times a day and she has to be extra careful around us and Dad! She should be less contagious in a day or so. In the meantime I am going to take a nibble at these keys that Tanner never lets me touch. He is feeling better but is still tired!

Hey mom of Joe and Tanner, that's a total bummer. Never trust a guy in pink. Well really, never trust anyone in pink. Unless it's pink camo and it's a BT wearing it, of course. ha ha!
Joe, didn't you boys have some sort of magic cure for the pink guy? Maybe you need to put your mom in Tanner's little house so that she can't give the pink guy to you too.

Oh Jeez, what a bummer to have conjucntionjunction in your eye! Take good care of your mom, though maybe she should always stay home from work so she doesn't get a pink guy again? Is your dad jealous of the pink guy? Yeah, she definitely should just work at home. My mom, too, in case the pink guy comes here.

Ha! My girl was jealous at first - she would be happy with a pink guy - blue guy - orange guy - just about any guy. Then she found out that it was an infection and decided to let your mom keep it to herself. Hope she gets better soon.
What is it with moms and saying "no lickies!!!!" I hope your mom's itis is cured really soon. My mom has had the itis too.
