We ARE still alive...
GUYS we are still alive and still packing. This is how I feel about it...
I have to be sure Mom at least leaves some of our toys out so we don't get totally bored...
Even Tanner is getting paranoid!
To keep me from going completely over the edge, Mom bought us some new treats from my favorite store Trader Joes. I mean, they named the place after me, of course I love it.
Take a look at the treat bag...

Wait, that is not my Sophie?! What is this fake Sophie business?? Mom assures me there can be more than one pretty dog named Sophie.
I say, NO WAY.
But I will still eat the treats.
We can't wait to get back to regularly scheduled blogging, we miss you guys so much. Please let me know if there is any dog we need to be sending healing vibes to or of any other news.

well Joe, we have been thinking of you, raising a rather fine glass of malt to your health as always.
The Texas Sun Dogs have lost poor Shamus, which upset my Jeannie for he was so young and so handsome.
That is all our news for now, sorry it is sad news, but life is a beeatch sometimes.
Hope the move goes ok for you guys, I have never actually "moved" my Jeannie found it all far too stressful 26 years ago, moving 500 miles away from home, she has never wanted to move again!

All the prep work for moving is so time-consuming and hard on the humans. We hope things move along quickly now so you can all get settled soon. We sure wish we had a Trader Joe's here - we had some yummylicious treats from there one time.

Good luck (to your mom actually) on the packing! It is a tedious and seemingly endless task... and then you have the unpacking to think of AFTER that.
Hershey is changing her name to 'Sophie'.. something about the comment made by your mom that there can be more than one pretty dog named Sophie'... OOps..
We hope this is going to be a good move for all of you. It is hard to change sometimes, but not always bad.
We still have some of the Trader Joe's treats we brought back from St. Loulis (since our mean old mom rations them as though they were made of gold) and they are particularly yummy.
Have you been too busy packing and preparing for the move to watch our respective favorite teams go at it??? Even so far, right?
