This was just me welcoming Molly to our house! Saying HELLO good friend and welcome to my yard. Mom said I was RUDE and I got yelled at. hmph.
Mom gave her belly rubs, I think her way of welcoming could be considered rude in some cultures also. I don't see her rubbing her friend's bellies when they come over.
Other than that one outburst of welcoming, I was pretty good and left her alone. For that Mom said we could look at the pawesome card they brought us.
It had a nice note in it thanking us, but the best thanks is not having to hear Molly sitting in the corner crying and knowing she is home with her family! Her brother and sister and her human family sure must be happy. Her brother must be cool since he is named Sherman and Daisey was the name of Tanner's wife's dog sister who went over the rainbow bridge. Next time we walk by their house we will leave some extra peemails in their yard! We like stories with happy endings, but it would have been happier if we got bacon brownies instead of chocolate.

That is wonderful that Molly was able to return to her family.
ReplyDeleteYou do have a problem with that humping. She didn't seem to be bothered though.
Bacon brownies, that sounds like a million seller.
Oh, I would get sooo mad if a male dog humped me. Yes I will get very very very mad! Heehee! That's a very nice handmade card. That's very sweet of their mom...

Belly rubs are considered ok in Denver culture. At least in my neighborhood. My humans always like belly rubs. That dog Molly looks like a totally different dog on her back. Are you sure she isn't 2 doggies?
ReplyDeleteDeefor
p.s. If you get some bacon brownies save me one.
Hehehe... Joey, I think I like the way your mom welcomes visitors way more than yours!!
ReplyDeleteHmmm.. hopefully Molly didn't go home with baby Joeys? Results will be out in a few month's time!
Hey Joe, would those be Canadian bacon brownies?

Why do they think the humping is rude? She's an old gal and should be happy someone is still attracted. Sheesh!
